Retail/Merchandise: In the rare case you purchased a retail item at FULL price that was not to your liking, we will happily take it back (in original condition with tags included) for an exchange or a store credit/gift card within 7 days of purchase, or within 7 days of package delivery (if item was shipped from ArtSea Living to the customer). No refunds, credits or exchanges will be honored for any “customized”/”personalized” items, or any items purchased at a discounted rate (ie: “sale” items). Payments for “sale” items and “custom” items are always considered final. Please contact our store at 561-737-2600 with inquiries or to initiate this process.

Classes, Events & Art Studio: Payments for studio items (ie: Classes, Camps, Private Parties/Events [including deposits], Private Lessons, Kiln Firing, Open Studio Projects [ie: pottery, glass or canvas painting], etc.) are considered final and nonrefundable, even if you choose not to attend the class/event. Refunds may only be considered in the event of ArtSea Living having to cancel or reschedule your class/event, in which case our staff will attempt to contact the customer (via phone, email and/or text message – based on information provided by the customer) to discuss options for moving forward. General: Policies are subject to change at the  owner’s discretion. Other restrictions may apply. Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Any money that has been paid to us which constitutes payment in respect of the provision of an UNUSED PRODUCT, will be exchanged in the form of an ArtSea Living store credit/gift card. Merchandise exchanges or store credit/gift card will be granted upon approval via telephone, or in person, with an authorized ArtSea Living representative. All products that are being exchanged must be unworn, unused, brand new and must include original tags. Under the terms of this policy, no funds will be refunded to the customer under any circumstances. This policy is subject to update/revision at the discretion of the business owner. Circumstances not covered in this policy will be considered and decided upon by the business owner. By engaging in any transaction with ArtSea Living, Inc., you agree to this Return/Exchange Policy.
